Payments
ORDER CANCELATION
Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 10 minutes to cancel it. Please email info@shopknuppkouture.com with your order number and reason for cancellation (NO DM’S PLEASE). After 10 minutes your order will process and get ready to be shipped and you cannot cancel the order (no exceptions). Office hours are 10AM - 5PM EST — keep that in mind when waiting for a reply.
PAYMENT METHODS:
KNUPP KOUTURE offers several payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, ZIP* and Shop Pay Installments. All payments options are securely processed via the respective third-parties: Shopify Payments for credit and debit cards, PayPal for PayPal payments, and ZIP for ZIP payments. You do not require a PayPal account to use the Credit/Debit Card option.
ZIP is available for orders being placed within the U.S. Orders must be $35+ in order to use the ZIP payment method. These limits can not be waived. Further information regarding ZIP can be viewed at the link below.

PAYMENT ISSUES
PayPal / ZIP - If you are experiencing issues while checkout out using PayPal or ZIP*, please contact PayPal or ZIP directly about the issue, as they can assist you faster with more accurate information on how to resolve the issue. KNUPP KOUTURE is unable to correct issues relating to these payment methods as they are out of our control. These companies keep your information safe - even from KNUPP KOUTURE - and therefore will not deal with us directly on matters, only with you as their customer.
Credit/Debit Card - If you are having difficulty checking out, or paying with your credit card - please verify your payment details, that your card is active and that it has the correct funds available. If this is definitely the case and you are still experiencing issues, please email our Customer Care team at info@shopknuppkouture.com for further assistance.
Our business WILL PROSECUTE to the fullest extent of the law anyone using a stolen or fraudulent credit card number to obtain merchandise from us. We will report and cooperate with your local police department in getting you arrested for theft and internet fraud.
DUPLICATE ORDER
Have you placed a duplicate order? Please email Customer Care at info@shopknuppkouture.com immediately so that we can investigate the issue and have the duplicate order payment reversed before it is processed. Any duplicate orders that have been shipped before KNUPP KOUTURE has been notified will be refunded once the order has been returned back to our Returns Address.
PAYMENT SECURITY
All payments to KNUPP KOUTURE are securely processed using industry-grade TSL security. Your credit card number and PayPal login details, and Zip* login details, are secured with and solely by them. KNUPP KOUTURE is never, at any time, able to see your credit card information including the name, number, expiry and CVV. KNUPP KOUTURE is never able to see your PayPal or QuadPay* account information, only the username or email address with which your account is associated.
CURRENCY
All prices on knuppkouture.com are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). KNUPP KOUTURE does not set prices based on the current exchange rate, and will not be held responsible if any particular item's price in USD does not reflect the current exchange rate of different currencies.
